They began their career at Schenck Process, where they held multiple roles including Student Engineer, Project Manager, and Head of Works Council until 2002. Marco currently serves as the Head of Works Council at Qlar Group in Darmstadt, reflecting their ongoing commitment to labor representation, which began in 2014 when they unexpectedly assumed the role. Marco finds fulfillment in their position and intends to continue in this capacity as long as it remains enjoyable.
