Ben Townsend

Ben Townsend currently serves as the Director of APAC Sales Operations at Qlik, where responsibilities include driving operational excellence and developing go-to-market strategies aimed at enhancing sales efficiency and revenue growth. Previously, Ben held various roles at Qlik, including Director of APAC Demand Centre and Senior Manager of Demand Centre, focusing on demand generation and GTM strategy development. Prior experience includes positions at Optus as a Sales Representative, NoahFace as a Sales/Marketing Executive, and GIG as a Sales Executive & Trainer, among others. Ben holds an Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Martin College and a Diploma in Sociology from Western Sydney University.
