Chris Speed is an accomplished enterprise customer success executive with extensive experience in leading growth and operational functions across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for North & Central EMEA at Qlik, Chris is focused on post-sales transformation and enhancing renewal predictability during the Qlik–Talend integration. Previously, they held senior leadership roles, including Senior Director at Datorama, where they significantly increased annual recurring revenue and decreased churn. Chris has also built and exited two digital agencies and worked as a Principal Consultant, advising on retention strategies and growth for SaaS businesses. They hold a degree in French Contemporary Studies and Literature from Oxford Brookes University.
