Greg Ralston

Greg Ralston is a highly experienced content architect and senior technical writer with extensive expertise in documentation and project management across various industries. Currently serving at Qlik since 2015, Greg has successfully designed and planned large projects that significantly impact customers, transitioning from a senior technical writer focused on data management and visualizations in a cloud environment. Prior roles include manager of technical writing teams at Alcatel-Lucent, overseeing multimillion-dollar project budgets and leading documentation for key products. Additional experience includes roles in creative services at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, editing positions at Ottawa Sun and Yukon News, and managing editor duties at Alaska Highway Daily News. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from York University and multiple certificates in design, digital analytics, social media, and project management from Algonquin College and Sheridan College.
