Jeff Jordan is a seasoned Customer Success professional with extensive experience in maximizing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Qlik since May 2015, Jeff has a proven track record in ensuring customer engagement and facilitating upselling opportunities. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at CA Technologies from 2003 to 2014, where responsibilities ranged from advising on customer retention strategies to developing the Distributed Value Program. Earlier experience as Strategic Alliance Manager at DecisionOne involved selling services to Fortune 500 companies. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
