Marybeth McNeil

Marybeth McNeil is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Culture & Talent Business Partnerships at Qlik since February 2020. Prior to this, McNeil held the position of Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships at Iron Mountain from June 2016 to 2020, where strategic partnership with the EVP of Art and Entertainment was a key focus. McNeil's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Oracle from 2003 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed HR management for the Health Care Life Sciences Global Business Unit and support for various divisions, emphasizing talent management and organizational development. Earlier roles include Human Resources Director at Art Technology Group and Human Resources Consultant at ADP.
