Ofer Haimovich has over 18 years of experience in customer support and technical roles within the technology industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Qlik since January 2019 and as a Customer Support Specialist at InterSystems since April 2017, Ofer has consistently achieved high customer satisfaction through effective communication and diligent issue resolution.
