Ryan Welsh

Ryan Welsh is a seasoned technology leader and investor with diverse experience in generative AI and startup ecosystems. Currently serving as Field CTO - Generative AI at Qlik since January 2024, following the acquisition of Kyndi, where Ryan was the founder and CEO. Ryan is also an active member of PEF Community and a startup angel investor, advisor, and board member for several organizations including Platform Venture Studio and AI4G. Earlier experience includes senior roles in commercialization of deep tech at NextFED and investment analysis at J Hunt Holdings, as well as litigation support at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Applied Mathematics - Economics from Rutgers University.
