Sean Karshis

Sean Karshis is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of IT Shared Services at Qlik, where responsibilities include directing the QA, Platform, and Enterprise Architecture departments. Previously, Sean held the position of Senior Manager of Application Development at UKG, overseeing software development delivery and productivity across multiple engineering teams. As CTO at Postal Center International, Sean spearheaded a significant HR overhaul, led the development of unique software applications for Fortune 1000 companies, and drove strategic initiatives that resulted in substantial company growth. At Original Impressions, Sean was instrumental in architecting an extensive e-commerce print and fulfillment system while also developing a profitable eCommerce and Operations Software Platform. Sean's technical career commenced as a Software Engineer at Affinity Solutions, creating advanced services for email campaigns and content filtering. Sean holds a BBA in Finance from the UNM Anderson School of Management and additional educational experience at the University of Exeter.
