Teela Decker

Teela Decker has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, having held significant roles at various companies. At Qlik, from April 2021 to October 2023, Teela served as both Director, Culture and Talent Business Partner and Senior Culture and Talent Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Philadelphia Insurance Companies from March 2018 to April 2021, Director of Human Resources at DermOne from June 2016 to February 2018, Human Resources Business Partner at Teleflex from April 2014 to May 2016, and Human Resources Manager and Branch Management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2006 to April 2014. Teela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
