With over 20 years in creative production and more than a decade in instructional design, Travis has cultivated a diverse skill set that includes cinematic design, adult learning theory, and interactive storytelling. Previously, they contributed significantly to the growth of Cogent360 as a Senior Instructional Designer, leading high-impact eLearning projects for notable clients. Travis holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
