Buzz Brown

Buzz Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing interactive global database applications, serving as President of QLINC since January 1989. As a co-founder of Munetrix, Buzz played a pivotal role in analyzing municipal government fiscal data through cloud-based solutions. Buzz also contributed as a consultant at SEMCOG, focusing on fiscal management, and served as CEO of Fourstream USA, which developed a cloud platform for mobile websites. In addition to various contracted services roles, including positions at Comerica Bank and Volvo Information Technology, Buzz has actively engaged in community advocacy through Transportation Riders United. Buzz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Youngstown State University and is working towards an MSI in Information at the University of Michigan.
