Abdullah Yonar

Director of AI / Machine Learning Research at Qloo

Abdullah Yonar has been working in the field of AI and Machine Learning since 2011. Abdullah began as a Summer Research Assistant at the University of Mainz in 2011, followed by a Summer Research Assistant role at UC Berkeley in 2012. In 2013, they were a Research Assistant at MIT, and from 2014 to 2021 they were a PhD Candidate at Harvard University. In 2021, they began working at Qloo as a Machine Learning Scientist and Director of AI / Machine Learning Research.

Abdullah Yonar received their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Boğaziçi University in 2014, after studying there from 2009. Abdullah then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, which they completed in 2020.
