Hardik Batra

Hardik Batra is a seasoned commercial and growth leader with a strong background in consumer technology and e-commerce across India and Southeast Asia. They co-founded Connaizen, which specialized in personalized banking offers before being acquired by Paytm. Notable roles include Country Commercial Director at foodpanda, where Hardik drove topline growth and launched multiple business lines, and APAC Director for commercial strategy, overseeing performance in 11 countries. Currently, Hardik serves as Managing Director in Singapore for qlub and advises various startups. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Punjab Engineering College and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, where they were recognized on the Dean's Merit List.
