Fredrik Hellborg

Fredrik Hellborg has a strong background in sales and business development within the life science and diagnostics industry. Fredrik most recently worked as the Sales Director Diagnostics at Qlucore since August 2022. Prior to that, Fredrik held the role of Market Development Manager, Clinical Genomics - Nordics at QIAGEN from November 2017 to August 2022. Fredrik also served as a Sales and Business Development Manager at Sophia Genetics from November 2015 to October 2017. Before that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Professional in Life Science at Life Science Consultant from October 2013 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, Fredrik was the Sales & Marketing Manager at Picovitro AB from September 2008 to September 2013 and a Product Specialist in Life Science at VWR International from March 2005 to September 2008. Fredrik began their career as a Post Graduate Student in Tumor biology at Karolinska Institutet from January 1999 to December 2004.

Fredrik Hellborg obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Experimental Oncology from Karolinska Institutet. Fredrik attended this institution from 1999 to 2004. Prior to this, Fredrik pursued a Bachelor's degree in biology from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
