Matthew Smart has extensive experience in the construction and development industry, with a career spanning from 2000 to the present. After earning a degree in Construction from the University of Newcastle and a degree in Carpentry and Joinery from TAFE, Matthew held roles as Senior Estimator/Cost Planner at Barclay Mowlem and Cost Planning Manager on the Chatswood rail interchange project.
