Greg Sowder

Greg Sowder is an accomplished senior executive with a strong track record of developing, executing and managing sales operations strategies.

Greg joined Qmerit in 2022, bringing a diverse background in trade service operations spanning over 35 years across the energy, mechanical and electrical markets. He is responsible for the growth and support of Qmerit’s electrical service contractor network, with a focus on providing installation and maintenance solutions for electric vehicle charging stations and the broader electrification market.

Previously, Greg spent 12 years at The Linc Group and its eventual parent company ABM Industries, which Qmerit spun off from in 2016. There, he was a Senior Vice President in the Technical Solutions business, which encompassed the Mechanical, Electrical and Energy businesses. Prior to that, Greg spent 23 years at Honeywell International serving in various leadership roles, including Director of Service Operations for North America.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technology from Kennedy-Western University. He also completed the executive leadership program at the University of St. Thomas. Greg holds a Mechanical License for the state of Florida, and is a certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt.
