Ripal Patel

Ripal Patel began their work experience in 2012 as an HR Executive at Macquire HR Solutions. Ripal worked in this role until December 2014. In 2015, they worked as an HR Executive & Client Coordination at Leading Consultancy from February to August. From February 2016 to February 2017, they served as a Senior HR at Webindia Inc. Next, from February 2017 to December 2021, they held the position of HR Manager at Sigma Solve Ltd. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at QMetry since January 2022.

Ripal Patel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from C.K.Shah Vijapurwala Institute of Management, Vadodara (SFI 705) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Ripal completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, from 2006 to 2008.
