Jonathan Larson

Jonathan Larson has worked in the tech industry since 2004. Jonathan began their career at Wheaton College as a Computer Support Technician III, where they were responsible for troubleshooting Windows, OSX, and Linux in an educational environment. Jonathan also repaired computer hardware components and achieved the highest rank of support technicians at the institution. From 2009 to 2012, Jonathan worked as a Library Media Specialist and Teacher at El Camino Academy. During this time, they designed the layout for the new library space and boosted library materials circulation by 50%. From 2012 to 2019, Jonathan held various positions at The Evangelical Alliance Mission | TEAM, University of Chicago Medicine, Hallmark Services Corporation, and Wheaton College. In these roles, they were responsible for Salesforce Administration, Desktop Support, Technical Analysis, and Contribution Entry. In 2019, they began their current role as a Splunk Engineer at Qmulos.

Jonathan Larson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College in 2008. Jonathan then went on to obtain a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce in May 2015. From 2019 to 2020, they obtained nine certifications from Splunk, including a Splunk Core Certified User, Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, Splunk Core Certified Consultant, and Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect. Jonathan also obtained an Accredited Qmulos Products Delivery certification from Qmulos in December 2019 and a Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin certification from Splunk in October 2020.
