Marcos Merced

Marcos Merced is the President of QnA Tech, where they lead efforts in architecting and implementing virtual cloud infrastructures that save clients significant costs while reducing carbon emissions. Previously, they served as Executive Director of MIS at the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications from 2004 to 2009 and as Deputy Director of Application Services at the City University of New York from 2009 to 2010. With a background in computer electronics from Briarcliffe College, they have extensive experience in virtualization and cloud computing across various sectors, including public and private organizations.
