Allison McMaster is currently the Labor, Employment and Privacy Counsel at Qnity Electronics, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as In-House Counsel at Bayhealth and Deputy State Solicitor at the Delaware Department of Justice from 2019 to 2021. Allison began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Saul Ewing LLP from 2014 to 2017, following a role as a Law Clerk to President Judge James T. Vaughn, Jr. at the Delaware Superior Court in 2013. They earned their J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013 and their B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education, summa cum laude, from Norwich University in 2008.
