They have held various roles at DuPont, including Global Product Quality Engineering Manager, where they led a team focused on improving customer satisfaction and product quality. Their experience extends to previous positions at companies like Dow and Micron Technology, where they spearheaded initiatives that significantly reduced product variation and resolved quality issues. Beth holds an MBA in Business Management from Eastern University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Currently, they serve as the R&D Manager for the Advanced Characterization and Technical Resolution Team at Qnity.
