Cathy Mulzer

Cathy Mulzer (née DeBlase) is an R&D leader at Qnity, specializing in electronic polymers. Previously, they served as a Senior Chemist at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on polymer synthesis and evaluation for consumer electronics. Cathy began their academic journey as an undergraduate researcher at Marist College, earning a B.S. in Chemistry, and later completed a graduate program at Cornell University, where they designed innovative Covalent Organic Frameworks. They also gained research experience through REU programs at Rutgers University and the University of Connecticut.
