Charvas Walker is an experienced MIQA and Reliability Leader currently working at Qnity. With a robust background in the chemicals industry, Charvas has demonstrated skills in Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Process Optimization. Charvas previously held various roles at DuPont, managing production specialist teams and leading significant cost-saving projects while overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites. Charvas earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the same field at the University of North Dakota.
