Devon Benedict

Devon Benedict is a highly motivated leader with a passion for cross-cultural leadership, inclusion, and positive impact. Currently serving as the Global Manufacturing Technology & Continuous Improvement Leader and Integrated Operations Consultant at Kalrez, Devon has held various roles across multiple organizations, including significant leadership positions at DuPont and The Dow Chemical Company. Devon’s early career includes internships and assistant roles at the University of Washington and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where they gained foundational experience in chemical engineering and manufacturing processes. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington.
