Julia Early, Ph.D., is currently a Lead Scientist/Engineer at Qnity, where they serve as the technical lead in the development of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) pads for semiconductor wafer fabrication. They previously held positions as a Lead Scientist/Engineer I and Senior Scientist/Engineer at DuPont, focusing on CMPT pad material development and core analytical sciences. Julia earned their Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2016. They have also gained experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, and as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Texas A&M University.
