Martin Chen

Martin Chen is a global operations leader for Laird Technology, a Qnity business, with extensive experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. They previously served as the Asia Pacific Operations Leader at DuPont, managing six manufacturing sites, and as the Global Operations Leader overseeing 13 manufacturing sites across North America, Asia, and Europe. Martin also held positions as Global Quality Director and General Manager at Laird Performance Materials, where they managed quality across multiple sites and directed operations in Shenzhen and Vietnam. Martin holds an MBA from 南开大学, earned during their studies from 2002 to 2005.
