Rupert Spence

Rupert Spence is a Senior Scientific Fellow at Qnity, having commenced this role in 2025. Prior to this position, they accumulated significant experience at DuPont Canada from 2013 to 2020, where they held various titles including Technology Fellow and Senior Scientific Laureate. Rupert began their career as a Senior Scientist at NOVA Chemicals from 1999 to 2002 and undertook postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Guelph and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology following a PhD in Chemistry from Dalhousie University. They also served as a Technology Manager in Process Development at DuPont from 2015 to 2020.
