Steven Ming is a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Asia-Pacific Region at DuPont, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as a Unit Manager at DuPont from 2019 to 2021 and as a Plant Leader at 3M from 2007 to 2018. With a background in production leadership at The Dow Chemical Company from 2018 to 2019, Steven has transitioned to the role of Global Operational Excellence Coach at Qnity in 2025. They hold a Master of Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and are currently pursuing an Executive Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at National Taiwan University.
