John Wall is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and operations within the technology sector. Wall served as Chief Operating Officer for QNX Engineering Products and Services from March 2021 to January 2025 and held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of BlackBerry QNX from November 2018 to March 2021. Prior to this, Wall was Senior Vice President, Head of QNX at BlackBerry QNX from September 2012 to October 2018, and previously occupied multiple leadership roles including COO and VP Engineering. Initial career stages included positions as a BSP and Driver developer at QNX and Canada wide Network Manager at Stentor. Wall holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Carleton University, earned between January 1989 and January 1992.
