Jonathan has a total of six years of work experience, starting from an internship at PT WGS in 2015. Jonathan then became an Application Developer at PT. Akur Pratama (YOGYA GROUP) from October 2016 to July 2019. Following that, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) from August 2019 to February 2020. Currently, they are employed at Qoala, where they initially worked as a Front End Engineer from April 2020 to February 2022. Jonathan was then promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer in February 2022, and they continue to hold that position.

Jonathan completed their high school education at SMAK 1 Bina Bakti from 2009 to 2012, where they majored in the science class. Following high school, they pursued a degree in Informatics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa from 2012 to 2016, earning their S1 degree.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained several certifications. In November 2015, they completed the Oracle 11g: Administration to Workshop I course at ORACLE University at ITHB Career Resource Center. In October 2015, they participated in the Certiplus Program, a series of professional training in computer, communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, and career planning skills offered by ITHB Career Resource Center. Furthermore, they obtained certification in SAP ERP Configuration using GBI through the SAP University Alliance Program at ITHB Career Resource Center in April 2015. Prior to that, in July 2014, they completed the Introduction to SAP ERP with Global Bike Incorporation course, also offered by the SAP University Alliance Program at ITHB Career Resource Center.
