We are a highly experienced team of engineering consultants specialising in bringing the human touch to mechanical, electrical and sustainable areas of building design. Set up in 2011 by Nick Carter and Matt Tyrrell, QODA now has offices in Oxfordshire, London, Bristol, Norwich, and Cambridge. Everyone who works for our team shares our vision for a more human approach to design and construction. Our key skills centre around engineering in the built environment. We help our clients solve development issues such as infrastructure planning, building design and refurbishment by giving expert advice and design support. Our work covers everything from initial surveys and analysis, modelling, detailed design and beyond. We cover a variety of different sectors: education, commercial, conservation, hotels, sport & leisure, residential, healthcare, and community. Our team has grown substantially to include expertise in all the key areas of building services, but we still retain the principles and energy of a start-up. That means always being able to offer our clients a hands-on service at a senior level.
