Hannah Leech

Hannah Leech (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the People Operations Lead at Qodea since December 2021, with a longstanding commitment to volunteering at The Girl Guiding Association since May 2012, recently recognized with a five-year service award. Previously, Hannah held various roles at CTS from April 2018 to December 2021, including People Operations Partner, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and Payroll Clerk/HR Administrator. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Tierney Properties Limited, Town Construction Limited, and customer service at Asda, as well as legal work experience with several law firms. Hannah's academic qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Law from The University of Huddersfield.
