Mathieu Montécot

Mathieu Montécot is a Product Lead at Qonto since April 2022, with prior experience as a Product Lead and Senior Product Manager at Cubyn from September 2020 to March 2022. Mathieu co-founded Youwork, a recruiting software for construction skills, serving over 100 customers including major groups such as VINCI, BOUYGUES, and EUROVIA, from 2018 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Management Consultant at DXC Technology, handling consulting missions for both private and public sector clients, and completing engineering internships at Hennessy and Bosch. Mathieu holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and a Master of Science from The University of Auckland, and is currently pursuing courses in Product Leadership and Product Strategy at Reforge.
