Dylan Smith began their career in 2005 at DXS Systems as an Online Support Consultant and Junior Software Test Analyst. Dylan'srole involved assisting clients with installation remotely, troubleshooting, and updating software and databases. Dylan was also responsible for the application of agreed company testing techniques, and the testing of software and systems within timelines. In 2009, they moved to Genasys Technologies (Pty) Ltd as an Intermediate Software Test Analyst. Dylan'srole included the application of agreed company testing techniques, testing software and systems within agreed timelines, and preparing Test Plans and Test Summary Reports. In 2012, they joined Qorus Software as a Senior Software Test Analyst. Dylan'srole involved the application of agreed company testing techniques, testing software and systems within agreed timelines, and assisting with the preparation for other phases of testing. Dylan also prepared Test Plans and Test Summary Reports as and when required.
Dylan Smith completed a ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate at ILAB Training in 2010 and an ITNIS (Information Technology Network Integration Specialist) at Prestige Academy in 2001.
