Eric Wan

Eric Wan is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in thermal characterization and mechanical design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Qorvo, Inc. since December 2014. Notable contributions include leading a mechanical design team focused on NPI mechanical testing solutions for RF modules and managing various engineering functions. Eric's previous roles include positions at RF Micro Devices and Amkor Technology, where significant achievements included exploring thermal characteristics for CMOS PA and leading thermal research for high-density packaging.
