Lance Barron

Lance Barron is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in MEMS technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Qorvo, Inc. since October 2019, Lance oversees a MEMS engineering organization focused on antenna tuning solutions, managing areas such as design engineering, process integration, and advanced characterization. Prior to this, Lance held a similar position at Cavendish Kinetics, which was acquired by Qorvo, where responsibilities included leading teams in MEMS and CMOS design and characterization. With a deep background at Texas Instruments in MEMS design and process engineering, alongside roles in product development and a solid educational foundation with an MS in Materials Science & Engineering and a BS in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, Lance Barron brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
