Matt Ruston

Matt Ruston is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the BAW Device Engineering Manager and previously as a Device Development Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since May 2015. With a strong background in product design and development, Matt has held senior engineering roles at Marlow Industries, Freescale Semiconductor, and Motorola, focusing on semiconductor packaging, materials development, and customer requirements. Matt's engineering career began with an internship at Hamilton Sundstrand, with subsequent internships at Haldex, contributing to engineering drawing updates and database management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate Degree in Pre-Engineering from Rock Valley College.
