Michael Baker

Michael Baker serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at SMART Global Holdings since June 2021 and holds the position of Chief IP Counsel at Qorvo, Inc. since 2007. Prior to these roles, Michael Baker was the Director of IP Operations & Technology at IPValue Management Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Michael Baker earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1996 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1984 to 1990.
