Michael Jones

Michael Jones is a Chief Engineer in Broadband at Qorvo, Inc. with extensive experience in leading and mentoring teams of engineers in the CATV and Telecommunications industry. They have a strong background in FPGA, digital, and analog designs, contributing over fifteen years to product development and production launches. Previously, Michael held roles as Senior Director at Applied Optoelectronics, FPGA Staff Engineer at Scientific Atlanta, and Engineering Manager at Cisco, where they led significant projects in system and concept design. They began their career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician First Class (Nuclear) and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech.
