Scott Charters has extensive experience in process and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering at Qorvo, Inc. since April 2008. Previous roles at Qorvo included Director of Manufacturing and Director of Fab Production Control, where responsibilities encompassed directing production control teams, enhancing shop floor control systems, and overseeing material workflows.
