Simon Pegoff

Simon Pegoff has been working in the insurance industry since 2010. Simon started as a Claims Handler and Conciliator RDR at PARTNERS ASSURANCES - PARTNERS VERZEKERINGEN, where they handled auto, property, private liability and legal assistance claims for direct consumer clients B2C. As RDR Conciliator, they managed disputes between insurers over applications of the RDR agreement. In 2013, they moved to Akkermans & Partners België as an Insurance Consultant, where they provided interim management in property, professional/private liability claims department through direct and broker channels. Simon also provided support and advice for the claims department and was a member of claims files migrations projects. In 2016, they joined FEDERALE Assurance-Verzekering as a Process Analyst. In 2018, they began working at Cognizant as a Senior Associate, managing and coaching 4 project consultants. Simon was a business analyst and project manager in insurance transformation projects, such as disability claims process optimization and new platform development, outstanding balance income product integration in Life Retail sales application, Life Retail sales application for broker development, Employee Benefits sales application rewriting from Silverlight to Angular, and integration of AML regulation in Employee Benefits business unit (underwriting, policy administration and claims). Currently, they are working at Qover as a Claims Manager and Product Owner.

Simon Pegoff obtained a Bachelor degree in Droit from EPHEC between 2007 and 2010. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Lycée Mater Dei for general secondary education. Prior to that, they attended Collège Saint-Michel for general secondary education from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2016 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Pearson VUE in June 2020.
