Dwayne MacLeod possesses extensive experience in software development and research, currently serving as Head of Research and Development at QPS since May 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of the Fledermaus and Qimera product suites and managing software development teams. Dwayne also holds experience as a Product Development Manager and Senior Programmer Analyst, contributing to the design and management of Fledermaus software. Prior to QPS, Dwayne worked as a Software Developer at Simscape, focusing on business simulation software.
