Bert Wierenga

Bert Wierenga has extensive experience in clinical management and nursing, particularly in the fields of medical screening and mental health. From January 2011 to July 2015, Wierenga served as Clinical Team Manager at PRA Health Sciences, where responsibilities included coordinating the screening processes for volunteers and optimizing team performance. Previous roles at PRA Health Sciences also encompassed managing medical and paramedical project functions to meet quality standards. Additional experiences include working as a Medical Research Associate and as Coordinator of a screenings center at QPS Holdings, LLC in June 2022. Earlier in the career, Wierenga held nursing positions at Sintmaheerdt, specializing in caring for clients with intellectual disabilities, and served in various coordination and planning roles in health and social services. Wierenga holds nursing and management degrees from GIZO Drachten and the Instituut Bedrijfs Wetenschappen Utrecht, respectively.
