Kumar Ramu

Kumar Ramu is the current SVP, GM, India at QPS. Kumar has been with the company for 5 years and 3 months. Prior to that, they were with QPS, LLC for 22 years, where they held various positions including Sr. Vice President of Operations and Global Head of BA & CRS. Before that, they were a Group Leader III at CoCensys/Purdue-Pharma, where they were responsible for Clinical and Preclinical Drug Development, PKDM and Tox. Kumar also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Texas at Austin in the Dept. of Toxicology. Kumar has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi.

Kumar Ramu attended the University of Mississippi, where they earned their Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry in 1994. Kumar was a member of the Rho Chi Honor Society and Who's Who while at the university. Prior to that, they attended UDCT in Bombay, where they earned their B. Tech in Pharmaceutical Technology in 1986. Kumar also attended Fergusson College, where they earned their B. Sc. in Chemistry in 1983. Finally, they attended Loyola High School from 1973 to 1978.
