Will Rose is an experienced design leader currently serving as Head of Product Design at Qredo since July 2020, where the focus is on developing a comprehensive design system for web and mobile applications. With a background that includes founding and running Things, Not Theory from 2015 to 2020 and mentoring at re:create, Will brings over 19 years of digital design experience. Past roles include Senior UI/UX Designer at prominent organizations such as Barclays, HSBC, and Tandem Bank, as well as leading design efforts across various projects for high-profile clients including Audi and the International Olympic Committee.
