Saerom Kim

Saerom Kim is an experienced HR lead and consultant specializing in the game and outsourcing industries. With a background in business development and human resources, Saerom previously held roles such as Team Lead at S&P Global and Talent Acquisition Consultant at DuPont, where they successfully improved candidate experiences and hiring diversity. Currently, Saerom serves as an HR/Admin Manager at Qroad, the leading gaming service company in South Korea, and as a Management Consultant at Blu Mosaic Inc., where they oversee operational growth and develop HR procedures. Saerom holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and is pursuing a postgraduate degree at the Asian Institute of Management.
