QS Consult Africa is a professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy practice established in 2007, delivering strategic cost leadership across Africa’s built environment.

Operating from Pretoria and serving both public and private sector clients, we provide structured financial oversight that protects project value from feasibility through to final account.

For nearly two decades, QS Consult Africa has been entrusted with developments across the educational, commercial, retail, residential, healthcare and mining sectors.
Our portfolio includes projects exceeding R200 million, reflecting the scale, complexity and financial responsibility under our management.

Our expertise spans feasibility studies, cost planning, cash flow modelling, procurement advisory, tender documentation and adjudication, contract administration, claims evaluation, value engineering and final account settlement.

We approach every project with analytical discipline, risk awareness and a commitment to long-term cost efficiency.

Affiliated with ASAQS and registered with SACQSP, we operate in strict alignment with professional codes of conduct and industry best practice.

Our focus is clear: deliver financial certainty, manage risk with precision, and support successful project outcomes across Africa’s evolving construction landscape.
