Chris Arnold is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading various organizations focused on personal development and community impact. As the founder of Smaller Earth, Chris has been pivotal in creating travel, work, and volunteer opportunities for thousands, aiming to positively influence global communities. Additionally, Chris founded Made Impact and World Merit, fostering a community of young global citizens dedicated to enacting social change. With a similar initiative, Camp Leaders has established itself as the market leader in providing international staff for American summer camps. Chris also co-founded Heroic Books, aiming to innovate traditional publishing for fantasy and sci-fi authors. Previously, Chris served as a trustee for the Merseyside Youth Support Trust.
