Edward Harcourt

Edward Harcourt is a seasoned academic and administrative leader with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at QS Quacquarelli Symonds since September 2019, Edward previously held the position of Pro-Vice-Chancellor (External Engagement) at Liverpool John Moores University from April 2013 to July 2019, where Edward contributed to strategic management and senior academic appointments. Prior roles include Interim Projects Director at the University of Warwick and Director of International Relations at the University of Birmingham, overseeing international student initiatives and global engagement strategies. Edward's career also includes significant positions at the University of Warwick, The New York Academy of Sciences, and Oxford University Press. Edward holds a Ph.D. in History from Vanderbilt University and a BA in History from Lancaster University.
